Welcome to Vetreria Ciri

VETRERIA CIRI began life in 1976 as a small, family-run craft enterprise for the processing of glass, with the production of insulating glass beginning in 1986. After investing extensive resources in machinery and a new plant, it moved to the industrial zone in 1993 where it gradually began the process of shifting from a craft enterprise to an industrial one, specialising in the transformation of plate glass for architecture and furniture.

Today, after more than 40 years, Vetreria Ciri can boast an area of 10,000 sq m and is one of the leading companies in Central Italy when it comes to the production of high-quality insulating glass.

The company’s core business consists of the manufacture of top-quality products capable of effectively meeting the new challenges of the market. For this reason, the company’s main goal is guaranteeing an effective, efficient and reliable service for its customers, with a focus on establishing and strengthening relationships over time.

All the company’s products have UNI certification.

Our story

1976

VETRERIA CIRI began life in 1976 as a small, family-run craft enterprise for the processing of glass.

1986

The production of insulating glass began in 1986.

1993

After investing extensive resources in machinery and a new plant, it moved to the industrial zone in 1993 where it gradually began the process of shifting from a craft enterprise to an industrial one, specialising in the transformation of plate glass for architecture and furniture.

2000

Installation of the first double-glazing line with a sealing robot for the assembly of insulating glass and the installation of systems for the storage of large 6000×3210 mm panes.

2004

Expansion of the production area with the installation of new machinery for glass processing. Implementation of software for the management and programming of production and installation of quality control scanners for raw materials and semi-finished products.

2013

Further expansion of the plant to an indoors area of around 2,500 sq m.

2015

Installation of a completely automated warehouse for the storage of large panes, and of an oven for EVA lamination.

2017

Installation of the vertical grinding and washing system with a scanner for quality control.

2021

IInstallation of a latest-generation production line with the capacity to produce insulating glass — including structural glass — up to a maximum dimension of 5000×3210 mm.
Implementation of additional lines for the automatic cutting of both float and laminated glass.
Interconnection of all production plants in accordance with the criteria of “Industry 4.0”.
